첨벙(Cheombeong) 서비스(이하 “서비스”)를 운영하는 스플릿세컨드(이하 “회사”)는 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령을 준수하며, 회원의 개인정보를 보호하기 위해 아래와 같은 개인정보 처리방침을 수립·공개합니다.

본 방침은 회사가 제공하는 웹사이트, 모바일 웹/앱에서 적용됩니다.

1. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법

① 수집하는 개인정보 항목

회사는 서비스 제공을 위해 아래 정보를 수집합니다.

1) 회원가입 및 로그인 시

  • 필수: 이메일, 닉네임, 프로필 이미지, 소셜 로그인 제공자가 제공하는 고유 식별자(구글/카카오/네이버)

  • 선택: 성별, 생년월일, 지역, 기타 프로필 입력 정보

  • 푸시 토큰을 알림 발송 목적으로 사용

2) 크루·커뮤니티 기능 이용 시

  • 게시글, 댓글, 사진, 활동 기록

  • 크루 참가 정보, 출석 여부, 활동 내역

3) 스토어(Shop) 이용 시

  • 주문자 정보: 이름, 연락처, 주소

  • 결제 정보: 결제 승인 번호(정산에 필요한 최소 정보만 저장)

  • 배송 정보: 수령자 이름, 주소, 연락처

4) 자동 수집 정보

서비스 이용 과정에서 아래 정보가 자동으로 생성·수집될 수 있습니다.

  • IP 주소, 쿠키, 접속 로그

  • 기기 정보(브라우저 종류, OS, 기기 모델 등)

  • 이용 기록(페이지 방문, 버튼 클릭, 검색 기록 등)

4) 웨어러블 기기 연동 시

회원이 갤럭시워치, 가민워치, 애플워치 등 웨어러블 기기를 연동한 경우, 아래 정보를 수집합니다.

  • 수영 운동 데이터: 영법별 기록(자유형, 배영, 평영, 접영, 킥판, 혼영 등), 거리, 페이스, 스트로크 수

  • 신체 측정 데이터: 심박수, 소모 칼로리

  • 운동 세션 정보: 운동 시작/ 종료 시간, 총 운동 시간, 휴식 시간

*위 데이터는 회원의 명시적 동의 후 수집되며, 개인 수영 기록 및 시각화 목적으로만 사용됩니다.

*회원은 앱 설정에서 언제든지 연동을 해제하고 데이터 수집을 중단할 수 있습니다.

2. 개인정보 수집 및 이용 목적

회사는 아래 목적을 위해 개인정보를 처리합니다.

  1. 회원 식별 및 로그인 인증 제공

  2. 크루·커뮤니티 서비스 운영(게시물·활동 관리)

  3. 스토어 주문 처리, 결제, 배송

  4. 서비스 안정성 확보 및 부정 이용 방지

  5. 맞춤형 콘텐츠 제공 및 통계 분석

  6. 고객 문의·불만 처리

  7. 법령 준수를 위한 기록 보관

3. 개인정보 보유 및 이용 기간

회사는 법령이 정한 기간 또는 회원 동의 기간 내에서 개인정보를 보유합니다.

회사는 이용 목적이 달성된 개인정보를 다음 절차에 따라 파기합니다.

SPLITSECOND (the "Company"), the operator of the Cheombeong service (the "Service"), complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea and other applicable laws, and establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect the personal information of its members.

This policy applies to the website and mobile web/app provided by the Company.

1. Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods

① Items of Personal Information Collected

The Company collects the following information to provide the Service.

1) Sign-up and Login

  • Required: email, nickname, profile image, and the unique identifier provided by the social login provider (Google / Kakao / Naver)

  • Optional: gender, date of birth, region, and other profile information entered by the member

  • Push tokens are used for sending notifications

2) Crew and Community Features

  • Posts, comments, photos, and activity records

  • Crew participation information, attendance, and activity history

3) Store (Shop)

  • Orderer information: name, contact number, address

  • Payment information: payment approval number (only the minimum information required for settlement is stored)

  • Delivery information: recipient name, address, contact number

4) Automatically Collected Information

The following information may be automatically generated and collected while using the Service.

  • IP address, cookies, access logs

  • Device information (browser type, OS, device model, etc.)

  • Usage records (page visits, button clicks, search history, etc.)

5) Wearable Device Integration

When a member connects a wearable device such as a Galaxy Watch, Garmin watch, or Apple Watch, the Company collects the following information.

  • Swimming activity data: records by stroke (freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, butterfly, kickboard, mixed, etc.), distance, pace, stroke count

  • Body measurement data: heart rate, calories burned

  • Workout session information: start/end time, total workout time, rest time

*The above data is collected only after the member's explicit consent and is used solely for personal swimming records and visualization.

*Members may disconnect the integration and stop data collection at any time in the app settings.

2. Purposes of Collection and Use of Personal Information

The Company processes personal information for the following purposes.

  1. Member identification and login authentication

  2. Operation of crew and community services (management of posts and activities)

  3. Store order processing, payment, and delivery

  4. Ensuring service stability and preventing fraudulent use

  5. Providing personalized content and statistical analysis

  6. Handling customer inquiries and complaints

  7. Record keeping required by applicable laws

3. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

The Company retains personal information within the period prescribed by law or the period consented to by the member.
